Previously, for you to vent about a service required confrontation or conflict. To have your say meant writing letters, emailing or sitting on the phone with a call centre. It took too long and you needed to provide your details and this was usually only something you did with big business or government.

If you genuinely want to give feedback to help your local tradie or cafe improve it can be pretty hard to do without feeling awkward. After all, you don't want to tell them how to run their business or humiliate them in public - but you know that a little change would make their business that much better. You just want to help them improve!

That is why we have started reviewme. We allow businesses to hear from the people who know their product best - their customers!
